All RTM homes, regardless of whether they use pre-existing plans or custom plans, are CSA approved and have a Progressive Home Warranty.

New! Blackstone

The Blackstone has an open floor plan featuring a high vaulted ceiling in the living room with beautiful rake head windows. It has a main floor mudroom/laundry and walk through pantry.

Birchwood

The Birchwood has a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a windowed dormer over a bank of living room windows that lets in lots of natural light. It also has a classy walk- through master bedroom closet that spans the width of the room and a totally functional main floor laundry/mud room, among other amenities.

Ranchwood

Ranchwood laundry/mudroom is spacious, functional and filled with natural light. It includes a laundry sink, open living area, large kitchen window, wall of windows in the living room, spare bedrooms set up at opposite ends from the master bedroom, an attractive front porch and other amenities.

Riverstone

The Riverstone features a functional open floor plan. The beautiful kitchen, with large walk-in pantry, includes an island. In addition there is a main floor laundry/mud room and other essential amenities.

Graystone

The Graystone is the equivalent of an estate home. It has a beautiful kitchen, large pantry and 10′ ceilings. It also includes a main floor laundry/mud room among other amenities.

Custom RTM Homes

Silver Creek Homes will also build the house of your dreams on your location. Custom houses are a great option if you have the time and interest to invest in the details of your new house.

Silver Creek Homes has the project managers, designers and builders you need to create the house you’ve always wanted. And, you get final say over the features of your house — including your living space, flooring, bed and bathroom(s) exterior etc.
